Today... Thurs the 27th

Today was a terribly busy but most satisfying day.
The main highlight was that my friend Jess and I are now officially singing for Christies and Michael's wedding in like 2 weeks! Thankfully I know the song!
I am so looking forward to that wedding. It's going to be awesome - two of my besties getting hitched. Woo Hoo... who couldn't be excited.
Other then that exciting news, I spent the day cooking at EMC (eastward.edu.au). It was as I said, rewarding, satisfying but exhausting at the same time. Between us, Dave and I managed to cook today's lunch, Friday's breaky, Friday's lunch, Saturday's Breaky, Saturday's lunch and I also made some patties for good measure. And tomorrow I do it all over again for our family!!!!
Ah well the joys....
