When God See's Fit to Grant You Your Dreams

There are allot of words that I would use to describe the last two weeks. The first that jumps to my head is exhausting, but others quickly follow: exciting, hard, successful, rewarding, a learning curve, stressful...ok you've got it by now. It's been a BIG two weeks. I mean BIG.

But...it's been an amazing two weeks as well. Something that I've always dreamed of doing has been done. And I have been a part of it. Thirty-one young people gathered in the area to learn, record and film three precious songs. Besides all this, we were taught some valuable tips and techniques to not only singing but also playing instruments and just music in general.

It's the end (almost) of Eastward's first music camp and all those involved are tired almost beyond function. But we're excited. Excited to have been part of these last two weeks, of this camp - the first of it's kind in Australia, we believe. And we're all keen to do it again.
